Funny how we are often enjoying ourselves and telling ourselves that life's short, and then one medical check up and the report sets us back almost immediately to look at the reality!
ReplyDeleteEating healthy should be made a habit, but for it to stick, you will need to incorporate it gradually into your diet before it totally replaces everything. You can still enjoy what you eat, but in smaller doses and then you introduce these healthy food with lots of fibre slowly. Once you start to get used to it, that's where you replaced one sinful dish with one healthy food. Make sure you allow yourselves a treat once in a while, and you will find your new diet usually stays ;)
true .. i agree it 100%...
Deletesometimes it very hard to resist those sinfully food..
thanks for the advice ya...
I love oats! I like to cook them though - put 1/3 cup of oats and 1 cup of water in the saucepan, simmer for a few minutes, add a splash of milk and a dash of brown sugar - yum. Sometimes I like to cook them with banana or grated apples, almonds and raisins too. :-)
ReplyDeleteu just make me notice that oats is so delicious..

i pour hot water on the oat and drink it instantly, for dieting purpose :)
