A nice cold cendol .........

I am not a real fan of mamak cendol and rojak mee...
that day the weather was kinda hot and i went to get myself a "cold refreshing cendol"
since then I begin to enjoy cendol...
On our way back from Income Tax Center (Jalan Duta), we stop by at the PJ Section 17 for Mamak Rojak and Cendol......
I have not tried this before and I always heard from my MIL that the cendol is very good n so on...

many customer - 2 vans ( 1 for selling cendol n 1 for selling the rojak)
should b very good...... let me have a good look first...

1st van selling rojak....

looks good huh....

2nd van - just selling cendol and other drinks...

rojak .. - RM5.00 (with sotong)...
I feel that the price for Rojak is kinda expensive...
the keropok is nice but the cucuk udang is kinda disappointing ...
the flour was too much....

cendol - RM1.50
price reasonable .. but I feel that the brown sugar was not fragrant enough...

I prefer the mamak rojak at the Taman Bahagia LRT station and the PJ Seapark (opposite the wet market)

  2. OMG! Haven't had cendol in ages!!!!

I think the last one I had was in Bangi, nearby the factories there.

Nearer, it would be at Bangsar Petronas station. That one also ages ago.

You sure make me crave for some now!

  8. I fondly remember my first experience with rojak and cendol nine years ago. I still haven't quite become accustomed to the textures.
