Golden Fried Dumpling........

This is one of my MIL's specialty......
She know that we all like to eat fried dumpling.....
Normally she will make it on the Sun morning for breakfast...

It is very good and I always eat about 10~15 pcs .. LOL (greedy huh)..
The ingredients - fish paste (fresh from the fish) + water chest nut + parsley + prawns......
good huh....

ready to fry.....

Wahhhhh .. goldern dumpling .. yummy yummy ...

Patience .. still hot... let it cold down a bit first....

Dip some Kewpie mayonise and it is SUPERB!!

eat with roast pork n dried oyster porridge ...
simply the best combination...

Add some home made fried shallots in the porridge ..
so delicious...
