She know that we all like to eat fried dumpling.....
Normally she will make it on the Sun morning for breakfast...
It is very good and I always eat about 10~15 pcs .. LOL (greedy huh)..
The ingredients - fish paste (fresh from the fish) + water chest nut + parsley + prawns......
good huh....
ready to fry.....
Wahhhhh .. goldern dumpling .. yummy yummy ...
Patience .. still hot... let it cold down a bit first....
Dip some Kewpie mayonise and it is SUPERB!!
eat with roast pork n dried oyster porridge ...
simply the best combination...
Add some home made fried shallots in the porridge ..
so delicious...

Of course, she uses Siew Chee kuat as the base :) yummy yummy sometimes she use tat as the base for her soup too!
