Chee Cheung Fun.....

When the first time I came to KL to study... long long time ago...
food was really a big issue for me.....I was staying in Klang at that time.....

I remember the first time that I ordered the "chee cheung fun"
and i said to the lady .. I want "mushroom sauce"
She say ok ok ....
then she brought me the "chee cheung fun" serve with thick sweet brown sauce........
i was like *&^$%^*)....
then my friend explained to me that KL Chee Cheung Fun is like that.....

KL style chee cheung fun...
my mum loves it a lot....

Ipoh style "Chee Cheung Fun" with mushroom sauce
with stuffing (sengkuang + long bean cut into thin slices)
I love it so much......

  8. Haha, yeah, there're many types of Chee Cheong Fun and the ones in KL are usually served with sweet sauce or curry. I like them that way though, maybe because I grow up here.

Wonder how the mushroom sauce is like.
