Porky's Revenge.....

Hahaha... looking at the title it reminds me of a very old movie that I watch when I was a little boy...
I remember it was a "big mission" to watch this movie..
It was a comedy movie but I am not sure whether I watch it because of the hilarious jokes or other curiosity..
hey at least i know how the cat die ..... IS CURIOSITY lor....

Well back to my porky story...
Last week we had a happy hour with my bunch of "Pig & Dog" friends at Brussel...
They had upgrade their menu and have many new items.....
My these PIG (猪) friends was so happy when they found this ...Spaghetti PORK bolognese......
the main thing that strike their eyes are 猪油炸 (Fried Pork Lark) ..
They even ask the waiters to add more of these...
the waiter was kinda puzzle and amaze on our request......

The first happy meal came.......

We call it 猪油炸 pasta.....

We cheer and was so happy after tasting the crispy 猪油炸 .......
The waiter saw us and laugh at us .. wondering why we all love to eat 猪油炸 so much...

Then 2nd dish came and to our surprise it has 猪油炸  on it..
It was spring chicken and it has pork lark in it... YAY YAY YAY.....
Texture like chicken but taste like PORK.. LOL
We all so happy and show our thumbs to the waiter.. he was smiling and giggle

Chicken has Porky taste .. LOL

We were so high and add another PORKY order.. Roast Pork...
It came out and it was a Triple Joy.. this waiter inform the kitchen to put  in it....
We nickname the waiter to 猪油炸哥哥 (fried pork lark brother)
LOL.. this is the first time to eat 猪油炸 with roast pork....
WELL IT TASTE GOOD........

Super Roast Pork..... with 3 layers of FAT....

Of course the meal is complete with this...

Leffe Brune....

It will dilute & wash away the pork lark in your body.. LOL...

I am sure I am a dead PIG (猪) after FUI FUI read this...

Well don't try this at home alone.. it need DOG & PIG friends to reach highest orgasm satisfaction taste..

EAT FIRST and WORRIED LATER (advise from TM)......

But I will say eat this and die early.. LOL

Time ........

Gee.. It has been 6 months since my last update..

time really flies..

Well nothing to be blame but just being LAZY.... lol

I always have problem with catching up with TIME... 

Waking up in the morning is a nightmare for me... 

Without an alarm clock will be a BIG problem to me...

All the while I been using handphone as alarm clock..

My wife always complain about it and instruct me to off it during sleep....

Coz all the electromagnetic radiation emits from the handphone really harmful to our body...

Well it is true also.. we been exposed by the h/p EM everyday and should off it when we sleep....

Previously I bought a conventional alarm clock but use only one day...

coz my wife couldn't sleep due to the "Tik Tock Tik Tock" sound.......

I just got my new digital alarm clock and it really ROCKS....

It has the function that a LAZY man needs .. SNOOZE... 

so that I could continue to sleep few more times after the alarm on... lol...

But what impressed me is the light sensor... 

When the light is off or (grrrr grrrr time) it still have a white dim light that could be visible on the alarm clock display..

It only cost RM30... and get a Happy FUI FUI.. lol

Hopefully with this alarm clock, it will reminds me to blog and read blog more often.. lol...

Few more weeks we will be celebrate Christmas and the New Year...

2014 will be a very special & exciting new year for me.. Looking forward for it...

My New Toy - Cross Trainer X2 (Fitness Concept)

My mum was so worried when I told her that I lost 4kg....

She thought that I have sickness or what......

It is just that I ate too much during CNY and the extra FATs weight was due to my eating disorder and laziness...

Now everything back to normal.....

My main resolution for 2013 is to be health..  

now my normal diet also went into "Transformasi"........

Of course I don't skip all my meals.... 

In fact I am eating healthy ... more on vegetables and white meat...

those fatty meat is already no more in my dictionary..... 

I do join my friends for happy hour 1x/wk... 

well just to release some work stress and get some superman jokes updates from them..

Besides that with a good eating habit also need a good healthy exercise...

I have an aunt who is 70 years and her health is very good.
She always cycle from her house to the wet market in Ipoh...
We had a reunion gathering during the CNY and my uncle told my aunt..
It is very good that you cycle everyday and it keeps you healthy....
He told my aunt that people in KL pay money to cycle (in a gym) and you cycle for FREE......

I just got a X2 cross trainer from Fitness Concept

It cost me RM1,550...

It was the lowest range of cross trainer machine..

Believe me after 15 mins of using the machine.. my whole body was WET...

No wonder my GF was looking at me when I work out wearing a white thin singlet .. lol

If you are looking for a a normal basic machine.. I would say that this is the one..

Every morning I will work out for 15 minutes before go to work and another 30 minutes when I come back from work..

so it is everyday 45 mins work out for me...

I started this for 2 weeks now and I really feel great...

Body and mind is fresh in the morning..

My GF was asking me why not you just go for morning jog around the neighborhood.. 

Well ... with the high crime rate .. I really scare to jog early in the morning... 

Better be safe than be sorry...

Every Problem Is A New Opportunity

It is been quite some time that I did not update this blog..

luckily I still remember on how to click the new post... (LOL)

Hmm where did I left the last time?

Well I enjoyed my CNY a lot.. eat & sleep a lot, 

OF COURSE the best thing is weight gain to the MAX...

well nothing much........ life been pretty tied up with WORK..

and there are so many new opportunities..... (LOL)

Because of the new opportunities and I was travelling here and there.. even weekends I had to work.. 

Few weeks ago I was in Shanghai & Dalian for business trip.....

The weather was so cold... I like it compare to the Malaysia hot weather.....

so with this new opportunity I enjoy the cold winter there..

My dream car....

The chinese drink alcohol to keep their body warm..

I went to a dinner and there are 4 glasses for every person...

Those are for white chinese wine (alcohol level = 60%), brown wine (alcohol level = 30%), Beer ( alcohol level = 5%) & chinese tea....

The chinese are really a great drinkers...

This trip bring me a new opportunity to get a pot(紫砂煲) for my girlfriend.... (Lol)

my wife told me to call her GF.. so that she sounds YOUNGER .. LOL..

She was saying that this pot was very good..

We saw one at BMS Organic and the cost is about RM600...

It is good to boil soup and taste better....

I got it for RM150.... at least it saves me RM450.. GOOD OPPORTUNITY....

Tried few times and the taste of soup is really GOOD...

Due to all these good opportunities .... I manage to shed a few kgs... 

Besides that I also start to eat GRASS  vegetables for dinner....

My weekday dinner - 2 prawns, salmon fish & LOTS of Grass

I had lost 4kg....

CNY Greeting cards...

Before the e greetings card get popular...
I always send CNY greetings cards to my friends and relatives
but due to the lazyness busy with works and also we should be more environment friendly.....
Instead of sending the real greeting card I just send some greetings by using sms, whatsapp & email...

But I still carry out the old tradition to send some CNY greeting cards to my family and my closest friends..
I use to look for some nice wording & nice pictures for my parents.....wishing them good health and happiness...
Some of my friends also send CNY greeting cards to me too..
the feelings is so warmth when you receive it..
especially that those childhood friends that have not get in touch so often...
For me festive seasons is always gather together and catch up with some good old friends and relatives..

I remember that last time before my sister got married....
She will get lot of greeting cards from her friends... and we will place all the cards in our house's living room..
Those cards are part of the CNY decoration...
and we always compare who got the most CNY cards.....

Oppps it reminds me to send out my greeting card now if not then they will not receive it before CNY......

CNY is less than 2 weeks and I am really looking forward for it...
Wise man say.. during this CNY I will EAT NOW MORE and WORRIED LATER...

Exactly 3 more weeks for the Chinese to celebrate CNY...
Last weekend I was at Mid Valley and doing some CNY groceries shopping..

We came to a liquor section and my wife was looking at some champagne..
She look at me with a long face and ask me how is champagne taste like?
This is because she has not taste champagne.. so I explain to her....

I have the chance to drink some nice champagne since I join this current company..
My director always get a lot of champagne as a gift from his friends..
During our company CNY dinner, he will bring a few champagne and share with us...
He is very generous..

So I get a bottle of Moet Chandon champagne for our family reunion CNY dinner..
My wife was so happy and she give me a peace sign and saying "Yay Yay.. Yay Yay"
Now she can't wait for her first virgin taste of champagne... LOL...

I get the bottle and queue up to pay for it..
As I have the Jaya Jusco member card and I present it to the cashier to collect some points..

J Card... 

When I about to go, a guy besides me was asking whether he could borrow my Jaya Jusco card.
This is because with the card he could get extra discount for the wine that he going to purchase....
I borrowed him the card.... to my surprise.. he was buying about 1 dozen bottles of wine..
The total price is about RM2~3k... gee.. that is a lot of BONUS points that I am going to get..
After that the guy say thank you to me and I thank him too..
it is a win win situation.....

It is not the end...
there is another aunty overhead on the discount and she ask me to borrow my Jaya Jusco card to her..
Of course without any hesitation I agree...
Yay there is another few hundred Bonus points in my pocket...

Then my wife was telling me whether we could leave our Jaya Jusco card at the cashier and HELP THOSE PEOPLE IN NEED..
then we come back to collect it after we finish done our shopping...
I told her cannot le ...and we move on...

I am fortunate that my previous & current company had given me a mobile phone for my usage....
I have never paid for my usage of mobile phone for 10 years now...
Of course it was meant for business.... but sad to said that sometime I use it for some personal usage ...
I never know how much I spent on it and my boss didn't say that I overspent...
I am very cautious on my calls
As they say that if you miss use the company privileges and it is either you pay for it or the company will take back the privileges..

Since there is a spare Ip3 phone in the house and I decided to get a new line for my personal usage ..
at least it is separate between work and personal...

Last week I was at Paradigm mall and my wife suggest to get the Digi prepaid..
It only cost RM8.50 and we just register it...
Then I realized that their internet package is expensive..

RM30/mth for 600MB or RM8 daily...
Hmm I don't need so much of data package..
Well as for me I just want to contact my friends via calls, sms & whatsapp
Sometime browse on internet.. I am a light user..
Besides that my house has streamyx and I could use Wifi...

Then my friend introduce me to XOX and said that they had a new prepaid package...
They offer 15 numbers for your frequent caller ..
The internet package start from RM18/mth for 300 MB..
I think it is a good deal for me...

XOX is using celcom service provider...
So far the call connection is OK and the internet 3G line is stable too...
I have no complaint  so far...

Now I have a monthly commitment of minimum of RM18 + calls (depends on how much I will use)...
Just some estimate calculation ..
Internet - RM18/mth for 300MB
Phone calls - RM12/mth for 66 mins (18sens per min)
Total = RM30/mth (hope that there is no any hidden charges....)

It comes out to RM360/year.... a new overhead cost for me...
hmmm ...is it a wise choice or not?

Well if I am not happy with it then I could terminate the service and hop on to another service provider and I still could keep the same number...
Rather than getting a new number and start to inform all my friends that I had another new number...

Do you know any other cheaper plans than this?

Normally during the weekend I will go to 1 U for groceries shopping...
Then I read a review from Sean that there is a new Japanese restaurant at 1 U...
It is definitely a good news for porky lovers..
They serve Fried Crispy Pork.. which is something that I don't eat often...

I am not sure whether it is good or not..
so we just ordered 1 set combo and share with my wife..
Besides that everything is fried and we afraid that it might be very heaty..

We ordered the "Mameton" set... RM32.90

We could sample all the meats.. Pork Loin, Pork Fillet and Prawn 

Those fried stuff were not oily..

if my wife eat fried food she will normally use a tissue to suck all the oil...

but this time she does not need to do that... 

Beside that you could refill the chopped cabbage and the rice..

If you are a "rice tong" then you could ask for another bowl of rice...

I like their chopped cabbage and I put some sesame dressing in it..

Maybe all the staff are new and they had some problems on the order..

We waited for 20 minutes for the food..

So guys if your orders did not come please check with the waiter.. 

They offer plain rice and multi grain rice..
We were there early and sad to say that the multi grain rice was not ready yet.....

The miso soup was great... and there are so many ingredients (dashi, mushroom & etc) in it...

Do yo know what make the soup so nice  ?

I always very fascinating about japanese gadjets.. 

I saw these sesame grinder/disposal.. 

It is for you to put some sesame on the rice and sauces... 

Maybe it is new shop opening and they give all the customers a complementary jelly..

Say NO to Shark Fin Soup

I do admit that when I was a kid, I love to eat shark fin soup..
Mum always told me that it is expensive and it good..
When I go for wedding dinner .. I will always look forward for this soup..
so eat more ...

Shark Fin Soup...

Well CNY is around the corner..
I am sure you all will plan to have your reunion dinner with your family, friends, colleagues & etc..

That day I was choosing for my CNY reunion dinner menu..
The first dish that recommend to me is the shark fin soup..
Immediately I rejected it... I told him that my family had stop eating shark fin.....
So I change to crab meat, prawn & dried scallop soup..
Which I think it is equally good and better...

I saw the video on how they harvest the shark fins.. one word CRUEL...
they cut the fins and then throw the shark back to the sea.
of course most of the shark will not survive....

So cruel and they cut the shark fin out from the shark....

I hope that if you want to order shark fin soup please do think about the shark.....
Hopefully with the less demand ... the SUPPLY (Shark Fin) will be reduce...

The Yum List & Fiseel had pledge the support for this....
I hope that you could stand up and SAY NO to SHARK FIN Soup...

It was a good remarkable start of year 2013...

On the 3rd of January I met Wenn and the gang at Chicago @ 1 Utama... 

I was late for 30 minutes as the traffic from Shah Alam to 1 Utama was so terrible..

Besides that school also reopen and make the traffic even worst.. 

I was so relief when I arrive at 1 U and quickly rush to Chicago Rib House.. 

Wenn & SK arrived... talking & gigling softly... 

Then they become very serious when the see me ....hmmm

So I went to greet Wenn and shook her hand.. she grab my hand firmly....

Hie .. I am Wenn and nice to meet you...

Panicked a bit cause I need to behave as wenn is an ex-teacher..

later kena rotan (canned) by her.. lol .. luckily my ass is not itchy this time.... 

Wenn was so scare.. lean beside the wall when all the 3 hamsem ppl look at her..

look carefully .. her hand is trying to reach a fork..

Then came in Tan Sri and her wife... 

Tan Sri is late again as he was rushing to make us some nice red velvet cupcakes...

It really surprise me that Tan Sri can bake......
The cupcakes is very good.. despite he forget some ingredients in the icing..

Some say that it is a durian cupcakes...

HELLO it is RED VELVET CUPCAKES... apalah you all...

We ordered lots of good food .. and I was incharge to keep on filling Wenn's plate.. 

So she just makan and makan......
You can see her tank from 1000cc grow up to 3000cc..

I enjoyed a lot on the dinner and a new friend found....

Actually I was kinda sad when I heard my favorite kuih Kapit was no longer in production..

I asked around my friends where to get some really good kuih kapit...
It is a must for me during CNY.. coz me and my wife love it so much....

It must be very rich in lemak, crispy, thin and must use kayu arang (charcoal) to make it.. 

Then Melissa told me that she know a shop in Seremban that sell good kuih kapit.. 

She was so kind enough and bought me a tin...

Yesterday we met at Alam Megah KFC.. which is near to her house and my office....

We talked a lot in the blogsphere ..
then she told me that she will be timid as a tikus when meet in real person..
She came in and she is a very shy pretty lady.. lol... and hardly talk a lot..
but after a few sip of pepsi.. where the sugar level hit high..
she begin to talk and talk and talk...

I also enjoy myself and totally forget to take picture of both of us..
It was really fun chatting with her...
Next time we shall go to Mr. Roti Canai....

Look so nice and crispy...

By end of the day me and my wife had finished 3/4 of the kuih kapit...

I spent 5 days 4 night holiday in Thailand...

3 words that best describe about my Thailand trip - Shopping, Eating & Massage....

I gained 5 kg for this trip ..... I admit that I ate too much
Everything was so delicious and my BIL keep on bringing us to those good restaurant in Th...

Japanese food is very famous in Thailand and it is everywhere..
This is because there are many Japanese expatriate working in Thailand.....

The food portion is bigger and cheaper compare to Malaysia..

My BIL brought us here....

1) Kirobuta - Berkshire

2) Wagyu Beef

We ordered 2 plates

My MIL & BIL enjoy it so much.. 

grill it till half cook and it melt in your mouth... yummy

The fats is so evenly...

Pork Ribs...

eat it with Garlic Rice and the meat really melts in your mouth.....

I never tasted before a so tender juicy pork..

My MIL said that the wagyu beef is so tender... 

I would say that it is one of the BEST meal that I had in Thailand...

My Simple 2013 New Year.....

My 2013 new year celebration was a good one...

Me and my wife were thinking whether want to go for those New Year countdown celebration like what we did last year...
After much discussion we decided to have a simple New Year Countdown..
As we know that it will be crowded and the traffic will be very bad..
unless we go to those prime countdown area using the LRT...

My New Year's Eve dinner was great .. My wife cook something for both of us....

These were what we had .......

The pork was very nice.. I felt that the texture and the taste is difference..
My wife told me that she bought the meat at Sanbanto
Is really GOOD (cost about RM10 for 2 pcs)

She even add on a cheese on the meat..

afraid that I am not fat enough.. lol (sorry the pic was a bit blur) 

was very kan cheong to eat...

I was so full after the dinner...

After that we went to Paradigm mall and have a taiwanese dessert...
We chat while eating some sweet dessert..
The feeling is really great.... another year that I spend together with my wife...
Think on all those great moments I had been together with her ... 2012 was really a year to remember...

I am not sure which combo that my wife order..

but it is nice...

Then when the strike of midnight, we could see fireworks outside my house balcony..

Maybe the firework was set up by some rich Datuks....

The next day we had our New Year Brunch at Alessio (Publica)
My friend told me that their food is great.. so we just went there and try it out...

We had pumpkin soup.. 

Taste is nice and creamy... but....

1) I found a small piece of plastic inside the soup and they change a new one for me...

2) The garlic bread was too oily...

3) It will be good if the pumpkin soup is hotter...

Smoke Salmon pizza..

I like it .. the crust is very good.. 

Not so thin and not so thick... but..

I need to wait for 45 mins for this pizza..

Pasta carbonara with fried chicken..

I also like this dish..

the fried chicken is very crispy and not very thick with bread crumbs...

I like the chili oil that they add beside the pasta. give an extra spicy kick on it..

It is a good place.. but certainly need a lot of improvement on their services...

Their pepper grinder is really a big problem.. 

I grind it for quite some time and the pepper hardly come out..

I guess that 80% of their workers are foreign.. 

I was so happy that I won 1st prize in Diana Teo's blog..

As I informed that I will travel more frequent with my wife in 2013.

I shall follow her free and easy travel itinerary

this is the 2nd time lucky for me... hopefully more "ONG" to come for year 2013...
