Porky's Revenge.....

Hahaha... looking at the title it reminds me of a very old movie that I watch when I was a little boy...
I remember it was a "big mission" to watch this movie..
It was a comedy movie but I am not sure whether I watch it because of the hilarious jokes or other curiosity..
hey at least i know how the cat die ..... IS CURIOSITY lor....

Well back to my porky story...
Last week we had a happy hour with my bunch of "Pig & Dog" friends at Brussel...
They had upgrade their menu and have many new items.....
My these PIG (猪) friends was so happy when they found this ...Spaghetti PORK bolognese......
the main thing that strike their eyes are 猪油炸 (Fried Pork Lark) ..
They even ask the waiters to add more of these...
the waiter was kinda puzzle and amaze on our request......

The first happy meal came.......

We call it 猪油炸 pasta.....

We cheer and was so happy after tasting the crispy 猪油炸 .......
The waiter saw us and laugh at us .. wondering why we all love to eat 猪油炸 so much...

Then 2nd dish came and to our surprise it has 猪油炸  on it..
It was spring chicken and it has pork lark in it... YAY YAY YAY.....
Texture like chicken but taste like PORK.. LOL
We all so happy and show our thumbs to the waiter.. he was smiling and giggle

Chicken has Porky taste .. LOL

We were so high and add another PORKY order.. Roast Pork...
It came out and it was a Triple Joy.. this waiter inform the kitchen to put  in it....
We nickname the waiter to 猪油炸哥哥 (fried pork lark brother)
LOL.. this is the first time to eat 猪油炸 with roast pork....
WELL IT TASTE GOOD........

Super Roast Pork..... with 3 layers of FAT....

Of course the meal is complete with this...
Leffe Brune....
It will dilute & wash away the pork lark in your body.. LOL...

I am sure I am a dead PIG (猪) after FUI FUI read this...

Well don't try this at home alone.. it need DOG & PIG friends to reach highest orgasm satisfaction taste..
EAT FIRST and WORRIED LATER (advise from TM)......
But I will say eat this and die early.. LOL

    I also can't live without eating meats especially chicken and pork but those layers, super duper fat. I mainly love to eat the meat part, not the oily layer part.

    Nice! I tried making it once myself too - pig noodles, pasta made of pork. I saw it in Andrew Zimmern's Bizzare Food USA. :)

    Pork pork pork, used to be my favorite, but I've cut down the amount, too much meat is no good for everyone =)

    i hope you enjoyed the porky movies ... i watched all three also! :D heheh, i love your story of you and your friends and the waiter ... and i love the photo of the siu yok topped with pork lard! wow, never seen that before! :D

    Wahhh....overloaded lard!!
    That roast pork look nice...the skin look crispy. But hor...the fat layers are more than the lean layers le... T_T

    i am sure you were dying to watch this movie because you saw that raunchy poster with semi-naked men and women.. and you surely did not watch it as a comedy but something else~~ :p

    anyway, whatever movie you watched or are still watching.. i have to say that your porky meal was indeed very very delicious!! so those pork lard are this restaurant's signature thing?? i can see they just put pork lard into basically everything, or that was actually requested by you guys?? :D
