I am so busy......

Well work is increasing and full of meetings...
But still manageable...

Mum is here since Sunday and she is staying with me for a week...
Yesterday she cook these for dinner...
I had 2 and a half bowl of rice because of these...
Just some simple dishes and I love it a lot...


Braise pork with mushroom (my wife took away all the fats)..
left with all the lean meat.. sighhhh

Yau Mark...

delicious herbal soup.....

  13. Nothing beats mum's cooking kan? no matter how simple the dishes can be,they are always the best, too bad my mom does not cook for me now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,guess she is tired of cooking ,yo

  18. 2 and a half bowl of rice?? how big is your bowl?? hehehehe, but i also love the gravy of braise pork to go with rice.. i don't normally eat rice, but when i see this dish, will eat some lor.. just the gravy with rice i'm already a happy man~~

  20. drooling a the braise pork lah, the mushroom sure also very tasty absorbing all the gravy.. and we usually have hard boiled eggs in that dish too, my favorite!!

  34. the braise pork looks similar to our adobo in the Philippines, looks very yummy, with the fat, only that, we feel so paranoid after eating if our cholesterol went high :( but i actually love it. the vegetable and the soup looks so delicious.
