she said that there are too many chemicals in the salty egg duck that sold at the market...
so this time DIY salty duck egg...
lots of Ba Zhang.. hmm let me see .. breakfast 2pcs, lunch 2pcs, dinner 2pcs

This time she also include some red bean paste..
MIL say that this is teocheow style...
I am loving it...
Besides that my MIL also make some Kan Sui Choong...

Very similar to yours, my MIL is a once a year dumpling seller. I help her to sell her dumplings to my colleagues also. She made the original dark colour one, the cantonese white with bean one, and the kan sui zhong. I am working today, later go home I can have a feast on dumplings already.

ReplyDeleteWah! 6 dumplings a day? I only ate 2 a day and now a bit scare. You're right! Teochew like to put red bean inside dumpling. Mom who is Teochew also put red bean and she made 100 dumplings cause many people requested from her.
