Yes... D imigresen dept is open on weekends....

As u know for working ppl like us have to take leave or time out for these type of stuff..
So no need to take leave....
I reached plaza glomac, Kelana Jaya @ 8am n there is a big crowd lining up in front of d counter...
Sien.... Dunno how long I have to wait....
So I drop my wife n she got a number...
In our last visit... We use d kiosk service n it was really fast... That was 5 years ago..
It was really crowded n we decided to use d kiosk service...
For using d kiosk service we had to wait for more than 1 hour....
Coz:
1) one 1 machine is operating... The other was down..
2) have to input one notes at one time... Like those car park autopay...
One thing good is tat... They understand the problems n they station 2 persons to help out...
Eg. Key in the particular, slot in the notes, collect d passport n so on....
We were so happy tat it was finally our turn after so long waited....
But to my surprise that... D lady told me that we got the wrong number...
D number that I got is for d counter services... For new application n others...
D lady ask me to get another number for d kiosk services.....
So I went to the ticket counter n got a number....
But the ticketing guy told me tat I need to go back n queue from d start...
I was so upset ....U gave me a wrong ticket n u ask me to queue again for another hour....
I don't bother n I just go straight to d kiosk machine....
Then the fellow was unhappy that I ignore his instruction n he went to the kiosk person n told them not to entertainment me.....
I just keep silence N I don't want to start a fight with 小人 ...
The lady was kind enuff n let me to process d renewal....
Actually why d guy was so frust .. Is not that I jump queue, steal other ppls ticket n so on..
Be coz of this bad apple it could spoilt d image of the imigresen dept.

After 1 hour I come n collect my passport....There goes my half Sunday.....
N I feel so tired for not going for my normal jogs......
Overall I m quite satisfy with their services...
At least they r open on weekends....
