Aglio Olio..... Fusion/Chinese Style

My wife love to cook pasta .. this is because
1) easy to cook
2) no need to make a big mess in the kitchen
3) it taste good.. even though you are a beginner...

My wife's specialty is aglio olio..
Her style of cooking make it very fusion and maybe it seems like Chinese style to me..

Few weeks ago she cook aglio olio with Pork Ribs (Ma Ling brand)
We got some fresh rockets...

Aglio Olio with Pork Ribs..

When we eat out we usually order the spaghetti carbonara..
but when we at home we always cook marinara or aglio olio style...

...and yes, it's simple to cook too. Thanks for the tip bro! This is great fusion work. Easy, and no fuss.

I love how your wife incorporates rocket leaves too, it was a fad at restaurants a while ago (as well as truffle oil) but using it at home makes it different. Cheers! :)
