Sukiya @ Paradigm Mall

That day my wife purchase a groupon for Buffet lunch at Sukiya....

I think it was RM20/person .. (coz it was a treat from fui fui)...
Normal price is RM29.80 ++ /person...

I read a lot of review about Sukiya and this is my first time to go there....
It is a japanese steamboat... and I had sukiyaki before in a japanese restaurant....

If you are the first time make sure you read the instruction guide on it.....
This menu show you how to make some dipping sauce & etc..

For Sukiyaki we use raw egg as a sauce.. (ahem ahem ahem)
Just for the safe side I just cook the egg a bit..
I think some ppl do not know about this...
I saw the person on the next table is using the sesame dressing...
which is good also..

Food in the buffet counter..
not much choices....
but all the ingredients are very fresh and good quality
Fresh meat - slice thin mutton & chicken..
Beef is available but we don't take beef...

My fish ball & lala udon..
yummy...
You could request a steam rice to cook it in the soup .. like porridge style..
it is how sukiyaki works... I think some people are not aware on this..
but we were very full and skip this..
My review about Sukiya..
1) They offer fresh vegetables & meat
2) But the varieties is limited, they do not offer prawns & fish (only la la)
The lala is very fresh and no sand in it.....
3) I feel that the price is quite expensive compare to Shabu Shabu ..
but the quality of food is good..
The only difference between lunch and dinner is the additional sushi...
4) The ice cream is soft and nice..

It is a very nice experience....
