Simple Fried Rice.....

I love to eat fried rice.. but always got scolded when I order fried rice when eating out..
WHY?
coz my wife always say . come out for dinner and you still order fried rice...
try something new....
Next time should call you Mr. Chow Fun (Fried Rice)...
Maybe you think that fried rice is something easy but ..
to make a delicious Fried Rice is not something easy.....
There is one day .. my wife cook fried rice for me...

The main ingredients...

The master piece....
P/S : For Taiwanese .. Chow Fun (fried rice) has another meaning......
If you are not sure then look for a Taiwanese and  ask them what does Chow Fun means to them...

    Or I cook fried rice when I'm too lazy to think of other things to cook.

  5. Now very easy to make fried rice because there are instant fried rice powder/paste sold! Just add eggs and veges and you get your fried rice!

  11. Fried rice is good. Why? Because you can add in lots of good stuff like vege, meat, egg, nuts etc... and save lots of time cooking so many dishes.

  15. need to make every grain of rice separated and then wrapped with the oil and egg, every mouth also need to be flavorful.. definitely not easy at all lor i think.. and not to mention the 鍋氣 needed to make it more tasty..

  23. eh eh! i do that too! most of the time my boyfriend orders fried rice and i will ask him not to order such food :X lol. it's because the rice is too oily to be taken at night..

  36. I love the way your wife cook - added with lap cheong which I love to do so. Makes the fried rice taste more delicious. I dislike eat rice but I can't resist when comes to fried rice.But I would not like you, Mr Chow Fun, go out still order fried rice. Adui!
