Another way to reduce the Electricity Bill

Come the Haze and then wash away by the rain ..
and now back to the hot weather again .. aihhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
Everyday I have to full blast my AC and it seems not cold enough ....
and my electricity bill goes up up and away...
Last saturday I thought of servicing my AC...
I don't know any particular good techinicians to service my AC...
then I dig out some sales invoice when I first got the AC...
So i call this guy .. Steven.... and asked him whether he got service AC..
He told me that he could help me to service the AC.. and the price is RM150 for chemical wash...
Chemical wash is to remove all the dust trap inside the AC (Compressor and als the indoor unit)
I try to bargain the price with him and he told me that this is the standard cost...
So I say OK .....

He came with 2 helpers.....

They remove all the AC - compressor and the indoor unit..
They spray the chemicals to remove the dust inside..

There is another guy use a Vim to polish the cover of the AC ..
Using a clean cloth and wipe it dry... They were very details and make sure they clean all the part...
The guy told me that the gas is not enough and will refill some gasses....
A very cold AC after servicing...
Now I only switch on the low fan..
it is so cold ..
The total price = RM180 (+refill of gas)
I am not sure whether is cheap or not ..
but I am happy with their professional services...

So if your house AC is not cold enough.. it is time for servicing....
If you do not have a reliable techinician .. you could try out this guy.....

  13. RM180 is really a reasonable price, do you know in Singapore to service air con costs S$120 which is RM240, so your price is really reasonable.

  23. most of the time, the technician cheats people one. they charge for the gas, but they didnt really refill alot. if within half a year, it's not that 'cooling' again (aircond functions not so effectively), then do consider for others' service :)
