The title is a bit unusual....
well of course it is not because that I want to increase my traffic coz for some ppl will google like ...
spank me.. or whatever ......

or I have this special interest.. as some of the bloggers friend call me Mr. SM ..
they say that SM mean Simple Man... well it could bring a lot of confusion .. LOL..

anyway let get back to the topic....and here is the story...
As you know the now the weather was crazy hot.........
Now I got some rashes on my butt...
The first day was very itchy and I apply Mopidick (I bought in Hong Kong)..
which is very good for insect bite, rashes & etc...
it relief the itchiness.. but then it started to itch again when I go to work the next day.....
so kinda embarrass to scratch my butt all the time... LOL...

I thought of visit the Dr. to get some correct medicine for it...
Went to Mediviron, Seapark.. waited for a while.. then finally my turn.....
The doctor is a bit green (young)... I told him on my problems...

No need to pay .. just present the card..

First thing he asked me whether I have diabetes.... What? Did I hear wrongly?
He told me that Diabetes person will easy prone to skin problems & etc..
ask me whether my family got this diabetes history? and when is my last health check?

I did a the quick sugar level check .. and the result is negative.... what a relief...
Doctor gave me some medicine to apply ....

The medicine was kinda OK and it relieve the itchiness ... but again it came back the next morning...
As usual I call my mum during the night and talk with her on my problem..

She told me to apply Burnol .. oh ya .. why I don't think about that...
Burnol really good ..it is an antiseptic cream (good for cuts, burnt, rashes, insect bite & etc)..

I applied few times and it was cure...

Since it was Teacher's Day on 16/May...
my wife said that it could be that your butt is itchy because miss the CIKGU's rotan/spank...
So your butt is asking .. SPANK ME PLEASE......
She knows that I am a very naughty kid and always kena from the discipline teacher.... LOL... O.O"
Or she said... maybe because my office chair got kutu? ...... well she is good in brainstorming and could come out a lot potential causes...

Morale of this post -
Take care of your health . prevention is better than cure...
Start having exercise and eat healthy....
(I am cutting down on drinking, eat seafood & fatty stuff)
I am glad that I don't have diabetes.......

Simple Sat Lunch for 2.....

I always love Kopitiam's food.....

but I don't like to dine in .. normally I will tah pau and bring back home.. WHY?

The famous kopitiam will be always crowded with people.. same like eating Dim Sum in IPOH..

If I were to dine in .. I will have to wait at least 10~15 mins for a place to sit..

then wait for the food ..maybe another 10~15 mins.. so at least 30 mins of waiting time ..

Furthermore the weather was so hot...... and as you know Kopitiam usually don't have AC.....

So I prefer TAH PAU ...

when my first visit to Hong Kong (12 years ago) they told me about the joke Tah Pau....

To them Tah Pau meaining .. you packed yourself when you die......

nowadays I heard a lot of hongkies using this word for takeaway..

So I just Tah Pau (takeaway) the food home ..and it takes me 10 mins....

I could eat it comfortably at home watching my favourite TVB series....

Of course with AC to cold me down...

then after that I will be zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.. what a lazy day for me huh.....

Looks like Japs food is growing in 1U...

I was there last week and we tried out the food station ay Isetan...
Walk around and survey all the stalls.. I heard most of the japs are shouting.....
"'IRASSHAIMASE" ... OSHHHH, OSHHHHHH......
then I just follow them n shout ..
YEAH  YEAH YEAH ... they look at me .. n smile ....
Majority all chefs are Japs........ this is something unusual......
for sushi zanmai, sakae sushi, watami ..  all staff are 100% local
So I guess the taste could be very authentic japs taste.....

The shashimi salmon is really nice.. thick and fat...

Dragon roll....appearance kinda so so..

The rice is a bit messy.. not properly press..

I prefer the one from Sushi Zanmai...

and the avocado a bit hard ..

normally the avocado that I eat is kinda soft...

but the wasabi is not those grated type .. i like those that are fresh grated..

They are using Ipad to do the ordering..

save up the waitress cost ..

so they could afford more japs staff?

Kinda still hungry and wanted to eat some more......

2nd Stop...... MENYA MUSASHI.....

basically 3 type of ramen soup - shiro, kuro & aka...

Then come with small, medium and large size...

You need to order in the counter and the pay up...

there is a instruction guide teach you how to eat ramen..

basically u need to SLURPPPPPPPPP as loud as possible..

by the way we love the pepper .. red, black & white..

it is more fragnant than the normal black pepper..

Charshu Gohan..... lots of spring onion..

I love it and the char siu also nice...

I ordered the kuro Musashi Ramen...

the soup n the noodles are nice.. but the egg was slightly overcooked..

BTW there is a young "leng chai" jap in the kitchen that is in charge of cooking the noodles..

I see lots of girl look at him .. kekekeke.....

I ask my wife whether the guy leng chai or not.. she pause a while and look at him and then me..

She told me... nahhhh....I don't like young n inexperience kid .. she continue to eat the noodles ..

hmmm wat she really meant huh? O.O" 

nice.. shall come back for other stalls....

When you are in China you could see many types of cars.. luxury car to economy car...
It really amaze me when I see new type of model which I don't see in Malaysia....
The car in China is cheaper compare to Malaysia...  (most propably their import duty is lower)
Cars like Masserati, Ferrari, Audi, BMW, Mercedez & VW  are very common in China
It is true that Chinese people are RICH... and I am chinese why I am not rich? sighhhh...
I saw this car while I was in Wuxi, China....

I always pronouce it as Euro Pestar.. instead of Europe Star..

Well I told them that at least the A/C is very cold.... until you could see cold air (smoke) come out..

and he said that today is my lucky day that I saw this car..

Hmmm then I will always be lucky when I got back to Malaysia ..

I could see this car everywhere....LOL...
