nah here is therecipe http://peteformation.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Deletehehehehe, we never know this SP secretly used his fun cock to grrr the soup, so that the "potion" will make fui fui "tip tip fook fook" (very obedient like the obedient wife club, haha!!)..
DeleteEyewwwww.....imagine him doing that in the hot boiling soup! Sure will end up cooked....and can be eaten!!! Muahahahahahaha!!!!

DeleteSK, everything also your favourite. You are really a very cincai eater. Good for your mum when you were small.
DeleteI love choy poh egg, can eat plenty of rice!
ReplyDeleteeih, the browned shallots look good lah.. i love this, and i hate those that used ready packed ones.. the ready packed ones not nice at all and not fragrant also.. i tried to brown shallots before, and always get them burnt!! :D
ReplyDeletelol there is a trick behing..
Deletewhen the shallots is about to brown. you have to switch off the fire..
this is because the pan is still hot and it is still browning eventhough you turn off the fire..
i curi the idea from my mum.. happy browning shallots ya...
So malas to fry shallots la! I sure will shed tears and cry! Better save my tears for funerals!

No lah, TM... I think this has something to do with blogspot VS wordpress. Somehow, the photos on wordpress blogs come out nicer...or at least, that's what I've noticed, never mind how canggih the camera you use.

Deleteno fat at all...
Now this is not fair, you posted the braised pork pic but without the recipe. This is my fav, sinful it may be but the fatty parts are awesome in taste. I will surely want to try your recipes and so, sharing how to make will be great.
ReplyDeletehehehe.. It is not that I don't want to put the recipe..
Deleteactually I don't know how correct qty of ingredients that I put..
it is is like a pinch here and there of salt, pepper, oyster sauce & etc...
well I am not that good in cooking and the food consider OK to me..
I do not want to be blame for the end result.. kekekekeke
Good job!
