Simple Dishes by Simple Person

Long holiday make you lazy and you don't feel like going out..
Feel like just stay home, watch some TV, eat & sleep...

When come to eating time, it is so difficult to decide what to eat...
I got some craving on my mum's homecook food..
That day I told my wife that I am going to cook a simple dinner ( 3 dish + 1 soup)...
She was surprise and look at me.. hmmm...

Well of course I need to Google a bit on the recipe...
Need to find those simple 1,2,3 recipe...

here what I had cooked ......

Braise Pork Ribs with mushroom
It is about 90% taste alike my my mum's braise pork.
kekekeke....

Chinese omelette with choy poh
Kinda a bit messy huh..

Yau Mark w/ fried shallots
i fried those shallots myself..
I do not use those ready fried shallots from the market...
coz I heard that they put some plastic to fried together in order to make it crispier..

Lotus soup......

when the shallots is about to brown. you have to switch off the fire..
