that day it was Kuan Yin day and we had vegetarian the whole day...
Some of my wife's friends are vegetarian and they suggested us on this vegetarian restaurant...
Lohas term.
this is the first time I read about this..
6 No, 4 lows & 3 Highs..
Free Soup and wheat grass pills
I ordered the nasi lemak
the "chicken" curry is nice..
and the sambal taste is more or less the same...
As usual my wife will order the Hakka Lui Char
it was very nice ....
of course the green water soup..... ewwww..
my wife says that it is better than Ying Ker Lou..
Besides that they also sell a lot of organic stuff...
If vegetarian could be so tasteful like this..
soon I will become a vegetarian.. and will be healthier.... say BYE BYE fatty meats....
organic food is healthy! but their price not so healthy to wallet :(
ReplyDeletei guess there's price to pay for good stuff
Oh~~ Eating organic vegetarian? Double healthy~
ReplyDeleteyes, it's healthy to eat.. only draw back is I don't enjoy eating too much of 'flour' made stuff... hehee..
ReplyDeleteI agree with this "flour" made stuff. And the flour-made food will goes deep fry which ends with unhealthy result.
DeleteWheat grass pills?? Wah, I thought of wheat grass drink. So advance already, now can only telan the goodness?
ReplyDeleteI still prefer wheat grass drink, kekeke~
"telan the goodness" sounds so naughty la Yvonne! Wakaka

Deletehahahaha, "telan the goodness".. be it pill or drinks, still telan lah, no difference~~ :p
DeleteIt must be the vegetarian "Blue Pills".... No?
DeleteSP, Hakka Lui Char looks so good here. I like it so much. It has been a long time I didn't take Hakka Lui Char.

ReplyDeleteVegetarian food are yummy too! But cannot eat too often, not cheap ho!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind vegetarian food in between, esp from this lovely place you have sampled. We have a Lohas in Kota Kemuning and I am still trying to finish off writing the review. Will share soon because work is killing and seems not able to find time for blogging, so going slow for the time being.
ReplyDeletehmmm...i think i saw this shop some where before.
ReplyDeletethe lui cha looks inviting...
Deletebtw vegetarian does not make you slimmerlah:P
No way, never!!! Once your body gets used to that kind of diet, you will start putting on. No choice, have to control diet...and EXERCISE! I'm not bothered though...wouldn't be TUAPUI anymore if I were to slim down and of course, not SUI anymore as well. Muahahahaha!!!!
Deleteyalah, i think once in a while it's very good and healthy to become a vegetarian.. it seems to be able to cleanse your system..
ReplyDeletebut then i always think we should have a balanced diet.. i won't agree on pure vegetarian or pure "carnivore".. a balanced mixture will be the best, and also maintain the balance of the food chain!!
ReplyDeletei don't like lui char at all, maybe the soup lah.. the rice and all those ingredients seem ok to me.. and this one, fuyoh, so got the 心思 arranged everything so nicely.. look at the cashew nuts arranged like petals of a flower~~
ReplyDeletehahaha, quite interesting you were being fed with the wheat grass pill?? not many people can swallow pills one woh.. might as well crushed them and mix into the soup, or make them as some drinks?? :p
ReplyDeleteI dunno but I don't really fancy this kinda meal :)
ReplyDeleteHmmmm....looks pretty interesting but I still having hard time taking taking lui cha..LOL!!
ReplyDeleteYou're not alone, Yee Ling. Like horse feed to me... Hehehehehehe!!!!
Deleteoh, those all look so good, i love vegetarian dishes too, they can indeed taste great :)
ReplyDeleteI hvn't tried lui char before..wonder how it tastes like..
ReplyDeleteIt's good to be vegetarian on certain special days such as Kuan Yin Day, earn merits! Also cleanse system.
ReplyDeleteIt would be great not only for our bodies but for our earth too if we all ate vegetarian a few meals a week.
ReplyDeletewhat about the price? because organic always not cheap too. =(
ReplyDeleteYou make me feel guilty for not being vegetarian!
ReplyDeleteWah! So healthy!! : D
ReplyDeleteI always like organic food!! They are so much tastier!!
ReplyDeleteBut I don't like vegetarian food because mostly unhealthy! Unless they are pure vegetables and not processed to look like meat.
ReplyDeleteLove lui char! It's so healthy!! And help to make your body less acidic. Yeah, should eat lui char every week, but not every day lah. Everyday cannot take it! LOL!
