Restoran Peng Heong Hakka Paikut @ Klang

When speak about Klang .. it is definitely a place for PLC food...
I feel that the food is really authentic ..... and taste is GOOD...

Few weeks ago I accompanied my wife to Klang...
She wasn't so familiar about Klang and I had stay in Klang for 2 years during my college time...
After she finished her stuff she ask me to bring her to eat something "Klang" food..
but she doesn't want to eat Bak Kut Teh
So this restaurant came into my mind....

Peng Heong Hakka Paikut (Hakka Pork Ribs)...
the pic above is the BOSS..

Last time I use to come over here for their famous paikut (pork ribs)....
That time it was operate in a small stall along the street..
Now they had move to a bigger restaurant..
I remember that it was so hot and I was sweating when I had lunch over there...

Spacious and could accommodate a lot of customers....

Their famous Pai Kut...
Meat texture is really nice and the soya sauce is just perfect..

Pig stomach soup..
I remembered last time the soup had a strong pepper taste..
but now the taste was not that strong as previous...
maybe they add more water and the soup was diluted...

We also ordered the fried pork meat balls..
it was one of their signature dish..

Besides that their steam chicken, curry mutton/chicken is also very good..
One of my PLC restaurant..

Just near the restaurant it has the famous Klang cendol .
I remember that after a good meal, we always hop across and have a cool refreshing Klang Cendol...

  20. Nice! I probably would be going to Klang more often starting next month, I'll go and check out their pai kuat. I've been craving for that for a while. My favorite childhood dish is sweet and sour pai kuat "wang" (don't know if the term is used here - in Sarawak it means no bones).

    Cheers for the recommendation! :)
