Big Sale @ Opika, 1U

Last weekend I was at Opika..
My wife received an SMS that they were having a big sales...
This shop sell organic food and they serve Good Organic Meals

All the organic food were discounted from 10~50%...
It was a good bargain... and as you all know that Organic food is really expensive..
The price is more or same as those normal food...

    1. But then, it is healthy to eat more beans, high fiber and rich in protein. You need more protein as you need to ahem ahem ahem so many times.

    2. Good that fui fui invested in all healthy food than junk food. Those beans can mix together to cook porridge in a big pot. Then you can bring to work as breakfast, chill in fridge as lunch, bring back home to warm it again at night as dinner or supper.

      I do that now after TM suggested.

  8. I love the way organic shops have sprouted up in KL and they throw organic mud at each other!! LOL .... They always warn us that other organic shops are fakes! I better start planting my own veggies!

      I also buy quite a number of organic food, my place got one organic shop just a walking distance.
      I bought the rice bran cooking oil, organic grains, and organics honey.

      Later check-check, the expiry date is in a month time; you really need to have beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner as Yannie said above.

      Then go to office to lepas silencers. Pity your staffs.

    5. Usually all the cheap discounted food stuffs will expire soon like this Guardian is always doing. If you are damn lucky, you can find a Big Fat Organic Worm inside and greet you "HELLO"...!!!
