    1. But then, it is healthy to eat more beans, high fiber and rich in protein. You need more protein as you need to ahem ahem ahem so many times.

    2. Good that fui fui invested in all healthy food than junk food. Those beans can mix together to cook porridge in a big pot. Then you can bring to work as breakfast, chill in fridge as lunch, bring back home to warm it again at night as dinner or supper.

I do that now after TM suggested.

    3. Huh? I suggested one meh? I thought it was Yannie Stewart style......

I thought SP wants to change his taste, no longer raw fish on the sushi table, but more healthier grains.

    3. must be very cheap as you masuk so much stock.

      Delete
    4. So cheap, then must be cautious with the expiry date.

Later check-check, the expiry date is in a month time; you really need to have beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner as Yannie said above.

Then go to office to lepas silencers. Pity your staffs.

    5. Usually all the cheap discounted food stuffs will expire soon like this Guardian is always doing. If you are damn lucky, you can find a Big Fat Organic Worm inside and greet you "HELLO"...!!!
