Time ........

Gee.. It has been 6 months since my last update..

time really flies..

Well nothing to be blame but just being LAZY.... lol

I always have problem with catching up with TIME... 

Waking up in the morning is a nightmare for me... 

Without an alarm clock will be a BIG problem to me...

All the while I been using handphone as alarm clock..

My wife always complain about it and instruct me to off it during sleep....

Coz all the electromagnetic radiation emits from the handphone really harmful to our body...

Well it is true also.. we been exposed by the h/p EM everyday and should off it when we sleep....

Previously I bought a conventional alarm clock but use only one day...

coz my wife couldn't sleep due to the "Tik Tock Tik Tock" sound.......

I just got my new digital alarm clock and it really ROCKS....

It has the function that a LAZY man needs .. SNOOZE... 

so that I could continue to sleep few more times after the alarm on... lol...

But what impressed me is the light sensor... 

When the light is off or (grrrr grrrr time) it still have a white dim light that could be visible on the alarm clock display..

It only cost RM30... and get a Happy FUI FUI.. lol

Hopefully with this alarm clock, it will reminds me to blog and read blog more often.. lol...

Few more weeks we will be celebrate Christmas and the New Year...

2014 will be a very special & exciting new year for me.. Looking forward for it...

My New Toy - Cross Trainer X2 (Fitness Concept)

My mum was so worried when I told her that I lost 4kg....

She thought that I have sickness or what......

It is just that I ate too much during CNY and the extra FATs weight was due to my eating disorder and laziness...

Now everything back to normal.....

My main resolution for 2013 is to be health..  

now my normal diet also went into "Transformasi"........

Of course I don't skip all my meals.... 

In fact I am eating healthy ... more on vegetables and white meat...

those fatty meat is already no more in my dictionary..... 

I do join my friends for happy hour 1x/wk... 

well just to release some work stress and get some superman jokes updates from them..

Besides that with a good eating habit also need a good healthy exercise...

I have an aunt who is 70 years and her health is very good.
She always cycle from her house to the wet market in Ipoh...
We had a reunion gathering during the CNY and my uncle told my aunt..
It is very good that you cycle everyday and it keeps you healthy....
He told my aunt that people in KL pay money to cycle (in a gym) and you cycle for FREE......

I just got a X2 cross trainer from Fitness Concept

It cost me RM1,550...

It was the lowest range of cross trainer machine..

Believe me after 15 mins of using the machine.. my whole body was WET...

No wonder my GF was looking at me when I work out wearing a white thin singlet .. lol

If you are looking for a a normal basic machine.. I would say that this is the one..

Every morning I will work out for 15 minutes before go to work and another 30 minutes when I come back from work..

so it is everyday 45 mins work out for me...

I started this for 2 weeks now and I really feel great...

Body and mind is fresh in the morning..

My GF was asking me why not you just go for morning jog around the neighborhood.. 

Well ... with the high crime rate .. I really scare to jog early in the morning... 

Better be safe than be sorry...

Every Problem Is A New Opportunity

It is been quite some time that I did not update this blog..

luckily I still remember on how to click the new post... (LOL)

Hmm where did I left the last time?

Well I enjoyed my CNY a lot.. eat & sleep a lot, 

OF COURSE the best thing is weight gain to the MAX...

well nothing much........ life been pretty tied up with WORK..

and there are so many new opportunities..... (LOL)

Because of the new opportunities and I was travelling here and there.. even weekends I had to work.. 

Few weeks ago I was in Shanghai & Dalian for business trip.....

The weather was so cold... I like it compare to the Malaysia hot weather.....

so with this new opportunity I enjoy the cold winter there..

My dream car....

The chinese drink alcohol to keep their body warm..

I went to a dinner and there are 4 glasses for every person...

Those are for white chinese wine (alcohol level = 60%), brown wine (alcohol level = 30%), Beer ( alcohol level = 5%) & chinese tea....

The chinese are really a great drinkers...

This trip bring me a new opportunity to get a pot(紫砂煲) for my girlfriend.... (Lol)

my wife told me to call her GF.. so that she sounds YOUNGER .. LOL..

She was saying that this pot was very good..

We saw one at BMS Organic and the cost is about RM600...

It is good to boil soup and taste better....

I got it for RM150.... at least it saves me RM450.. GOOD OPPORTUNITY....

Tried few times and the taste of soup is really GOOD...

Due to all these good opportunities .... I manage to shed a few kgs... 

Besides that I also start to eat GRASS  vegetables for dinner....

My weekday dinner - 2 prawns, salmon fish & LOTS of Grass

I had lost 4kg....

CNY Greeting cards...

Before the e greetings card get popular...
I always send CNY greetings cards to my friends and relatives
but due to the lazyness busy with works and also we should be more environment friendly.....
Instead of sending the real greeting card I just send some greetings by using sms, whatsapp & email...

But I still carry out the old tradition to send some CNY greeting cards to my family and my closest friends..
I use to look for some nice wording & nice pictures for my parents.....wishing them good health and happiness...
Some of my friends also send CNY greeting cards to me too..
the feelings is so warmth when you receive it..
especially that those childhood friends that have not get in touch so often...
For me festive seasons is always gather together and catch up with some good old friends and relatives..

I remember that last time before my sister got married....
She will get lot of greeting cards from her friends... and we will place all the cards in our house's living room..
Those cards are part of the CNY decoration...
and we always compare who got the most CNY cards.....

Oppps it reminds me to send out my greeting card now if not then they will not receive it before CNY......

CNY is less than 2 weeks and I am really looking forward for it...
Wise man say.. during this CNY I will EAT NOW MORE and WORRIED LATER...

Exactly 3 more weeks for the Chinese to celebrate CNY...
Last weekend I was at Mid Valley and doing some CNY groceries shopping..

We came to a liquor section and my wife was looking at some champagne..
She look at me with a long face and ask me how is champagne taste like?
This is because she has not taste champagne.. so I explain to her....

I have the chance to drink some nice champagne since I join this current company..
My director always get a lot of champagne as a gift from his friends..
During our company CNY dinner, he will bring a few champagne and share with us...
He is very generous..

So I get a bottle of Moet Chandon champagne for our family reunion CNY dinner..
My wife was so happy and she give me a peace sign and saying "Yay Yay.. Yay Yay"
Now she can't wait for her first virgin taste of champagne... LOL...

I get the bottle and queue up to pay for it..
As I have the Jaya Jusco member card and I present it to the cashier to collect some points..

J Card... 

When I about to go, a guy besides me was asking whether he could borrow my Jaya Jusco card.
This is because with the card he could get extra discount for the wine that he going to purchase....
I borrowed him the card.... to my surprise.. he was buying about 1 dozen bottles of wine..
The total price is about RM2~3k... gee.. that is a lot of BONUS points that I am going to get..
After that the guy say thank you to me and I thank him too..
it is a win win situation.....

It is not the end...
there is another aunty overhead on the discount and she ask me to borrow my Jaya Jusco card to her..
Of course without any hesitation I agree...
Yay there is another few hundred Bonus points in my pocket...

Then my wife was telling me whether we could leave our Jaya Jusco card at the cashier and HELP THOSE PEOPLE IN NEED..
then we come back to collect it after we finish done our shopping...
I told her cannot le ...and we move on...

I am fortunate that my previous & current company had given me a mobile phone for my usage....
I have never paid for my usage of mobile phone for 10 years now...
Of course it was meant for business.... but sad to said that sometime I use it for some personal usage ...
I never know how much I spent on it and my boss didn't say that I overspent...
I am very cautious on my calls
As they say that if you miss use the company privileges and it is either you pay for it or the company will take back the privileges..

Since there is a spare Ip3 phone in the house and I decided to get a new line for my personal usage ..
at least it is separate between work and personal...

Last week I was at Paradigm mall and my wife suggest to get the Digi prepaid..
It only cost RM8.50 and we just register it...
Then I realized that their internet package is expensive..

RM30/mth for 600MB or RM8 daily...
Hmm I don't need so much of data package..
Well as for me I just want to contact my friends via calls, sms & whatsapp
Sometime browse on internet.. I am a light user..
Besides that my house has streamyx and I could use Wifi...

Then my friend introduce me to XOX and said that they had a new prepaid package...
They offer 15 numbers for your frequent caller ..
The internet package start from RM18/mth for 300 MB..
I think it is a good deal for me...

XOX is using celcom service provider...
So far the call connection is OK and the internet 3G line is stable too...
I have no complaint  so far...

Now I have a monthly commitment of minimum of RM18 + calls (depends on how much I will use)...
Just some estimate calculation ..
Internet - RM18/mth for 300MB
Phone calls - RM12/mth for 66 mins (18sens per min)
Total = RM30/mth (hope that there is no any hidden charges....)

It comes out to RM360/year.... a new overhead cost for me...
hmmm ...is it a wise choice or not?

Well if I am not happy with it then I could terminate the service and hop on to another service provider and I still could keep the same number...
Rather than getting a new number and start to inform all my friends that I had another new number...

Do you know any other cheaper plans than this?

Normally during the weekend I will go to 1 U for groceries shopping...
Then I read a review from Sean that there is a new Japanese restaurant at 1 U...
It is definitely a good news for porky lovers..
They serve Fried Crispy Pork.. which is something that I don't eat often...

I am not sure whether it is good or not..
so we just ordered 1 set combo and share with my wife..
Besides that everything is fried and we afraid that it might be very heaty..

We ordered the "Mameton" set... RM32.90

We could sample all the meats.. Pork Loin, Pork Fillet and Prawn 

Those fried stuff were not oily..

if my wife eat fried food she will normally use a tissue to suck all the oil...

but this time she does not need to do that... 

Beside that you could refill the chopped cabbage and the rice..

If you are a "rice tong" then you could ask for another bowl of rice...

I like their chopped cabbage and I put some sesame dressing in it..

Maybe all the staff are new and they had some problems on the order..

We waited for 20 minutes for the food..

So guys if your orders did not come please check with the waiter.. 

They offer plain rice and multi grain rice..
We were there early and sad to say that the multi grain rice was not ready yet.....

The miso soup was great... and there are so many ingredients (dashi, mushroom & etc) in it...

Do yo know what make the soup so nice  ?

I always very fascinating about japanese gadjets.. 

I saw these sesame grinder/disposal.. 

It is for you to put some sesame on the rice and sauces... 

Maybe it is new shop opening and they give all the customers a complementary jelly..
