Whiskey or Beer....... (Hennessy Secret Location Party or the Quiet Library)

Thurs night.........
One more day to go for the weekend...

Few friends called me up and asked me to hang out with them at Mid Valley.
We reached there earlier and started to drink.

My friend told me that me that there are a lot of pretty girls at the centre court, some are wearing Hennessy dress ....
Geeee.... I totally forgot ............. that Hennessy was having the "Secret Location Party".
We finshed our beer and then we headed to the Hennessy Booth....

hmmmm .. I told my friend that we have to be invited to get enter the "Secret Location Party"
(in my thoughts .. how secret is secret .. if it is in Mid Valley then it should be either in G6 or Vertigo......)
Well all my friends ignore me and went towards to the booth.....

Lady Luck was with us ... I saw one my friend who is one of the organizer....
She register us and give us the "HAND" .. muahahahahahaha.. and then we have to put a "PIG TATOO.."

Once my mum explain to me that if you buy a live pig at a pig farm, they will stamp a number on the pig.
This is to easy identification of the pig that you had purhcases.
My mum always ask me which person had purchased you?
(when she sees a black stamped mark on my hand after a happening party on the other night...)

Well the mark is invisible n glow in the dark "PIG TATTOO"

Hennessy is OK . but if you ask me I will prefer Macallan Single Malt...
It is depend on the individual...

The place was damn crowded .. and full of "Cameraman"

1st Day.........

It is a very sunny day, birds are chirping  .....Diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing (alarm is ringing).........
Today it is the D day for all the children ..School Reopen ....

Yesterday night all the parents are busy prepare and make sure that all the items (stationary, books, water & etc) are already pack in their school bag..... (especially for those kids to enter year 1)
Everyone is so excited...
However this morning, it is a big havox.
All the parents will face a big problem on how to get their kids to school ...
After a long break, the children are use to wake up late .......

When I was young ... I will give 1001 excuses not to board the school bus..
My stomach not feeling well, my leg pain, headache ...
(hmmm till now I am still using this trick.... well whatever the trick is .. the most important that it works)

Well let's treasure this moment.....one day the kids will understand and will have the same experience later........

Organic = Healthy = Big hole in the pocket

Nowadays you can see a lot of people prefer to buy those organic, natural, "safe" type of food...
The price is always so much expensive compare to those "normal' food...
Yet people still go for it...

Why?
The living lifestyle had been upgraded?
People have no confidence on the normal (non) organic food that we buy at the market?
Too much pesticide, chemical, artificial colouring, steroid hormones .... ?

I am not against to those "premium" food but just that why do we need to pay extra to get this food?
Isn't it a regulation in our law that the manufacturers has to maintain a certain level of the quality of food?
or is it the law had been loosen or the enforcer had loosen up (don't take, don't ask & don't give) ...
hmmmmmm .......

Anyway...
It is up to the "consumer" whether they could afford it or not...
Of course the effect shall not been seen in a short term of period.....

Aioli ..... Garlic Mayo

Garlic bread ......

Last few weeks ago I had some garlic bread at Latable, 1 U.

It was very good.

Come to think on those garlic bread that I normally I use to eat at Pizza Hut, it was really pathetic and disappointing.

I checked on the web and try to get some recipe on how to make Aioli (garlic mayonnaise).

It was really simple to make Aioli (no need to be an iron chef to make it) .... muahahahaha..

Checked on my fridge and I got all the ingredients for Aioli...

This morning I gave it a try........

2012 A New Year..... A New Beginning.......

2011 .. 2012 ...
I have a great start of the 2012 year ...

On the Eve of the New year, I still have not decided how to spend the last day of 2011 and move forward to 2012...
Bought a newspaper and check on some of the happening places for the 2012 celebration...
Well my options are:-
1) Sunway Lagoon (beach party concert with fireworks) .Admision - RM80/pax (Got free tickets).
Performers - Korean Pop Girl Band (I always like to watch those cute Korean girls, Ella & etc..

2)  KLCC - 2012 concerts (performers - local artist) & fireworks. Admission - FOC

3)  i-City - 2012 countdown with Prime Minister

4) Desa Park City - Countdown Street Bazaar & Fireworks

5) Sungei Wang Plaza- Chinese Street Party (performers - Wong Cho Nam, Olivia Ong, ManHanD) & fireworks. Admission - Free (Got 2 VIP tickets passes)

6) Clubbing at Puchong (performer - local band) with bunch of good friends counting down for 2012

7) Party at Soul Out Ampang (performer - ??) with bunch of good friends counting down for 2012

After much of consideration & thinking, I decided to celebrate the 2012 new year at Sungei Wang Plaza.
Definetely it will be crowded & huddle with people ... well let's see
7.56 pm - Board LRT from Taman Bahagia (still not crowded yet .. ample of seats)

8.30 pm - raeched the Dang Wangi Station (still not so crowded)
                took monorail to Sungai Wang Station (many people)

9.00 pm - reach Sungai Wang and have dinner at Lot 10 food court
9.30 pm - Concert started

11.50 pm - Countdown started and Firewrk at 12.00am

12.30 am - Concert Ended
